When a musician has a new album out, they naturally promote the hell out of it—think of all the stunts pulled by Taylor Swift for The Tortured Poets Department and Kate Hudson performing songs from Glorious on Jimmy Fallon. And now it's Dua Lipa's turn— the star is everywhere right now after dropping her new album Radical Optimism.

Lipa kicked off her busy schedule by hosting and serving as a musical guest for Saturday Night Live over the weekend. (Which she was prepping for all last week.) For the monologue, Lipa rocked a sleek black dress with a side slit Angelina Jolie would be proud of. When it came time for her two musical numbers, the singer performed in basically the same look, just in different shades. No pants trend alert. She sported a black crop top and Miu Miu-esque briefs combined with strategic netting all the way down her tights for her first song. The monochromatic outfit was followed by a white cropped tank top, white briefs and a chain-mail type of overlay.

You'd think her SNL duties would be enough to wear her out. But Lipa had more in store for New York City. Yesterday she held a pop-up performance in Times Square belting our Radical Optimism tracks decked out in a sparkling sheer dress and a mid-length leather jacket.

Next up for the probably exhausted performer? Why, the 2024 Met Gala, of course. Lipa confirmed she'll be attending. Might as well since she's already in the Big Apple. We don't know what or who she'll be wearing, but we're guessing it'll be some showstopping vintage or archival creation. Maybe Versace since she recently co-designed a collection with Donatella Versace.

"You know, once Anna [Wintour] decides what the theme is, it's kind of like unpicking that and seeing it's Sleeping Beauty, Garden of Time," Lipa tells AP News. "I guess that's either like diving into a designer's archive or speaking to them and getting them to pull from their own favorite show of theirs. Something that's a sleeping beauty. Something that's been living in their mind for a long time. Something that maybe they wanted to make and didn't or diving into that kind of garden of time. I think there's going to be lots of different archival, vintage looks on the carpet this year."

After wowing at the 2024 Met Gala, Lipa will turn into a sleeping beauty because she'll really need her rest after a busy three days.
