Victoria's Secret is trying really hard to stay relevant. It recently brought back its fashion show once chided for cosigning unrealistic beauty standards. In the buildup to the big runway presentation, the former lingerie giant announced a partnership with Joseph Altuzarra, naming the designer its first-ever designer in residence. Now the premier Atelier Victoria's Secret x Altuzarra capsule collection has been revealed.
The Spring 2025 offering contains 11 styles that focus on staples, like blazers and slip dresses. The lineup finds its foundation in lingerie, natch, so there are playful pieces, including a satin coat flaunting crystal-encrusted bra straps. Or a knit set that boasts hook-and-eye closures that can be opened up for flirtier vibes.
"With this partnership, I wanted to bring my design perspective to a brand known for celebrating femininity and sensuality," explains Altuzarra. "The collection reflects the craftsmanship and attention to detail at the heart of my work. I focused on pieces that felt effortless and sensual, and imbued them with subtle elements of discovery ––classic wardrobe styles, but always with a twist."
