Y2K and early aughts fashion continues its massive comeback. Balenciaga is doing its part to keep the momentum going by reintroducing its Le City bag circa 2001. The classic silhouette was given a modern makeover, however, in terms of a new sustainable production process. As if bringing back the iconic bag isn't enough, Balenciaga enlisted A-list celebrities for its new advertising campaign.
Nicole Kidman, Kate Moss, Amelia Gray and Kit Butler all posed for portraits captured by photographer Mario Sorrenti. Kidman, Moss and Butler all showcase the black version of the once-again-in-demand bag, while Gray flaunts the white variety. It also comes in other colorways, including yellow, green, light purple, metallic steel grey, metallic silver, blue and beige. You have your choice of medium or small with the former offering an adjustable shoulder strap and the latter designed to be carried crossbody.
