Which is a minor miracle since regular wool clothing can irritate skin, causing itchiness and redness. Since it's such a sought-after commodity, cashmere usually comes with a high price tag. Usually. Max Mara's cashmere jacket merits spending a little extra, too.
Although you don't have to go the designer route to indulge. Zara, Mango, COS and J.Crew all somehow pull off offering cashmere must-haves for under $300 a pop.
