Although they're never really out of our wardrobes, fall is definitely the season of jeans. Perhaps it's because all the kids need to be outfitted to head back to school and we tend to pick out something for ourselves simultaneously. The season's initially slightly chilly, then downright cold temperatures also call for new pairs. Jeans may never be out of style, but silhouettes can change every year. True to form, the Fall 2024 denim trends feature a little something old, something (deep) blue and a couple of blasts from the past.
In a nice sign of cooperation, skinny and straight-leg jeans are just as popular as wide-leg and barrel jeans. If you're craving some personality, go with denim designed to be taken out for a night on the town. Consider styling them with Y2K-era, Carrie Bradshaw-approved going-out tops.
