Blame it on the upcoming Olympics or Zendaya's press tour for her film Challengers, but there's no denying that tennis is most definitely in style. There's even a core movement that's morphed out of it. Many brands are simply jumping on the tenniscore bandwagon. Gucci, however, actually has a direct tie to the classic sport. Which is why the fashion house's new collection makes perfect sense.

The Gucci Tennis collection builds off of the brand's Gucci Tennis 1977 sneaker. The new roster includes everything from ready-to-wear clothing to duffles and even accessories. While it finds its roots in classic tennis whites, Gucci naturally put its own spin on the concept emblazoning the gear with its classic colorful stripes. Most notably via its pleated tennis dress, zip-up jacket along with a set of headbands and wristbands (at $510 the set is a tad more affordable than its teammates).

These pieces are designed for competition, but the prices may have you second-guessing working up a sweat in them on the court. Luckily, you'll look just as stellar sporting the collection on the streets. You can shop the Gucci Tennis collection on Gucci's website.
