When Iris Apfel passed away earlier this year, the fashion community was in mourning. Her eccentric and eclectic sense of style was literally one in a million. Now Dr. Scholl's is releasing the icon's final fashion collaboration and it's a perfect tribute to Apfel.
Iris Apfel x Dr. Scholl's is a "celebration of her colorful life." The shoes are actually designed with prints from her archives with some personal touches only Apfel can offer along with stories about her storied life. "I created this collection with Dr. Scholl's to express myself. The many sides of my fashion personality," said Apfel. The limited-edition collection features seven pieces that reflect her quirky style. There are bold mules with faux-fur accents, statement clogs (we know, we know, that's a bit redundant), cool kicks and Dr. Scholl's classic silhouette with a fancy print.
