Stella McCartney and Adidas go back a ways. The designer actually sent models down the fashion house's very first runway back during the Spring 2002 season outfitted in Adidas sneakers. Years later the pair rolled out a whole line called Adidas x Stella McCartney, which is still going strong. Now the partnership takes another big step with the Stella McCartney x Adidas Rasant Fringe High-Top Sneakers.
McCartney debuted the silhouette back at her Summer 2025 runway show during Paris Fashion Week. The unisex stunners were spotted on everyone from Alex Consani to Barbara Palvin along with athletes Tom Daley and Anna Hall. Naturally, each pair is handcrafted from vegan materials. The high-tops are inspired by vintage racing shoes. (In fact, its moniker Rasant is derived from the German word for rapid.) They're also a nod to the legendary Adidas Monza sneakers worn back in the 70s, including a high-top take unveiled in 1980, sported by race car driver Mario Andretti and French rally driver Michèle Mouton.
The Stella McCartney x Adidas Rasant Fringe High-Top Sneakers cost $200 a pop and come in Red or White. Head on over to the brand's website to get them while you still can.
