Western-inspired trends ride in and out of fashion every few seasons, but lately it feels like we've reached peak #rodeocore. Between Beyoncé and the Beyhive's shimmering disco cowboy hats, Yellowstone fans' sartorial tributes to Beth Dutton and The Eras Tour-bound Swifties in giddy-up boots and milky white Stetsons — both nods to the singer's country roots — this summer Western wear was everywhere.
Including the big screen. The trend got the Hollywood treatment in Barbie, which has stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling wandering Los Angeles in coordinating Western-cut ensembles complete with cowboy hats, screaming pink bandanas and, in Robbie's case, wingtip stilettos. Consider us influenced.
That said, in our daily, non-concert bound lives, we'll be leaving behind the statement hats and neckties.
